I’ve always been a deeply feeling, intuitive soul long before I had words for it. As a child, I could sense what others were thinking or feeling. I knew things I couldn’t explain. Life moved me through loss, grief, and spiritual awakenings from an early age. But it also initiated me into a level of awareness and purpose that couldn’t be taught only lived.

I’m not here to offer surface-level healing. I’m here for the real work: reclaiming your voice, reconnecting with your inner wisdom, and remembering who you are beneath the pain, the patterns, and the programming. That’s what Angelic Love & Light was born to do: support the rebirth of those ready to meet their truth, not bypass it.

My path has taken me from trauma survivor to trauma-informed guide. From nurse to multidimensional healer. From young mother to homeschool teacher to soul-led business owner. Along the way, I’ve earned certifications in coaching, Reiki, crystal  light sound therapy and eastern medicine practices, and intuitive development. But it’s my lived experience, devotion to shadow work, and relentless commitment to self-care that inform the frequency of my work.

Today, I offer both virtual coaching through my signature program Alchemy™ , along with other virtual services and local holistic services like Crystal Light Sound Therapy, and Ionic Foot Detoxes. Every offering is grounded in integrity, energetic mastery, and my own personal healing practice. I don’t teach what I haven’t walked through. And I only hold space for those ready to rise.
