Seasonal shift update

Were about a week into this metaphoric seasonal shift that brings many exciting changes and opportunities. Depending on where you are in the world today you may feel the chill in the early morning and evening air. If you are sensitive to energy, you may be able to feel a distinct energetic shift and difference or maybe your not present enough to notice. I challenge you to sit and pause and ask yourself how you are feeling it too? Change is growth, transformation, evolution and ascension. Many people fear change due to the limitations that hold them back. Words are powerful not only in the physical but in the mental body. As the Autumn equinox approaches quickly we are surrounded by stirring energies with 6 soon to be 7 retrograde planets that impact all of us and our energy here on earth.

With old seasons, cycles coming to an end or seasonal death, comes new possibilities rising and emerging from the old. I encourage you all to get out into Mother Nature as much as possible with the time we have left to enjoy the colors, weather and experiences the fall has to harvest.

Nature holds true prophetic wisdom for us to integrate into our journey of life. What does nature want to give guidance on now as we start this new week before Mercury retrograde on September 9th and the Pisces Full "harvest" moon on September 10th? Embrace or be open to the abundant harvest and claim the blessings available to you personally and collectively. While releasing any attachments to what was or is by releasing and letting go at a new mental, physical and spiritual level.

The magic of the energy is currently a seasonal rebalance. This is a powerful time for us to personally harmonize our energy with the divine source that flows through ALL THAT IS.

Pay attention and tune into the earths wisdom that moves effortlessly around you. Universe is supporting you with this very energy of re-balancing, ease and willingness to flow through changes in your own life.

Stop and pause to breathe in a fresh breathe of air, symbolizing your life force. Open your heart to receive the divine wisdom, inspiration, activations and downloads meant for you at the present moment. Remember that you are deeply guided and supported always. It's just about tuning into that level of awareness! Trust in the process, let go of any attachments as to what has been, and surrender! Surrendering isn't about giving up...
